Specialist ClinicKlinik Pakar Perubatan Keluarga

Your health, measured.
Then managed.

A specialist-led clinic for adults who want their health looked after properly: assessed with real biomarkers, prescribed by a Family Medicine Specialist, and reviewed over months rather than sold by the session.

Our approach

Four disciplines.
One patient.

Our mark is a ring with four paths that cross at its centre: medicine, nutrition, movement, and sleep and stress, meeting at one person. It is also a target, which is what the name says. Here is what makes the clinic different.

Specialist-led

Your care is led by Dr Nik Nurul Zilal, a Family Medicine Specialist on Malaysia's National Specialist Register and the clinic's person-in-charge. You see the same named doctor at assessment and at every review.

Personalised formulation

Where it is indicated, the specialist prescribes formulations prepared to your dose and needs through a compounding pharmacy, rather than one-size products off a shelf. You are always free to fill a prescription elsewhere.

Programmes, not sessions

Assessment, protocol and review over three to six months. Progress is checked against your own baseline, so decisions are based on your numbers, not on how a single visit felt.

What we are not
  • Not a med spa
  • Not a walk-in GP
  • Not a promise of eternal youth
Programmes

Care organised around
what you want to change.

Every programme starts with the same specialist assessment. What follows depends on what the panel shows, and the doctor explains the options before anything is recommended.

Foundation

General health & prevention

A thorough baseline for adults who feel "fine" but want to know where they stand: cardiovascular risk, blood sugar, liver and kidney function, and the habits behind them.

Women's health

Hormones, cycles & menopause

For perimenopause and menopause, irregular cycles, PCOS, fatigue and low mood. Symptoms are taken seriously, measured, and managed with a plan you understand.

Metabolism

Weight & metabolic health

Medically supervised weight management that looks past the scale to visceral fat, muscle mass and insulin resistance. Prescribed therapy where appropriate, with nutrition and movement plans alongside.

Musculoskeletal

Joint pain & mobility

For knees, backs and shoulders that limit daily life. We look at inflammation, weight, strength and bone health together, and build a protocol to keep you moving.

Energy, skin & vitality

Ageing well is a medical question before it is a cosmetic one. We address the drivers: sleep, nutrition, hormones, inflammation and muscle, so you feel and function better over time.

Ongoing management for people who want to stay ahead of risk: periodic re-testing, an annual written review, and a specialist who knows your history.

The baseline

We explain what a number means before we recommend anything.

Your assessment ends with a written findings session. You leave with a clear picture of where each marker sits, what it means for you, and which ones we will track at review.

How it works

A course of care,
in four steps.

You are not buying a treatment. You are starting a programme with a beginning, a plan, and a point where we check it worked.

1
Week one

Assessment

Specialist consultation, biomarker panel, body composition, and a written findings session.

2
Three to six months

Programme

Your protocol: prescribed therapy, personalised formulations where indicated, a lifestyle plan, and scheduled reviews.

3
At the end of the programme

Review

Re-testing against your baseline, an honest look at what changed, and an adjusted protocol.

4
Ongoing

Membership

Continued management with periodic re-testing, for people who want to stay ahead of risk.

On pricing
The assessment is priced on its own. What happens after depends on what the panel shows, and the doctor will explain the options before anything is recommended.

Questions

Before you book.

Can I walk in?

We work by appointment so that every patient gets unhurried time with the specialist, and so review slots are always protected. Please book ahead through the form below or by WhatsApp.

What happens at the first visit?

A specialist consultation about your history, symptoms and goals, followed by a biomarker panel and body composition analysis. Once results are ready, you return for a written findings session where each result is explained.

Why don't you list treatment prices?

Because the right plan depends on your results. The assessment is priced on its own; programme options are explained, with their costs, before anything is recommended.

Do I have to use your pharmacy?

No. Where a personalised formulation is prescribed, you are free to fill the prescription at any pharmacy you choose.

Will this cure my condition or reverse my age?

No responsible clinic can promise that. What we do is measure, manage risk, and improve how your body functions, then show you the evidence at review.

Is the clinic the same as the previous one at this address?

No. AIMS Specialist Clinic is a new, independent specialist clinic at this address and is not connected to the previous operator.
